Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: items that have been used, washed, or altered; items without original packaging; gift cards; and items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please ship returns to: Building 3, Zone A, Software Park Phase III, Xiamen, China.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still have not received it, contact us at [email protected] and we will look into it for you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it will need to follow the standard return process.
