At QinArt, we ship our handcrafted tea ware to customers worldwide. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within approximately 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

North America:

Orders of $39 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders under $39 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $20.

All Other Regions:

Orders of $59 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders under $59 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $25.

Expedited Shipping

If you need your order to arrive sooner, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] before or after placing your order. We will do our best to arrange a faster shipping option for you. Additional fees may apply for expedited delivery.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local government. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our Track Your Order page on our website.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 21 business days of shipment, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and find a solution.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. QinArt is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped may not be possible.
